摘要
行星齿轮箱具有很复杂的结构特性,它的结构特性与定轴齿轮箱完全不同。因而,对行星齿轮箱的诊断方法不能采用定轴齿轮箱那些较为古老的方法。目前,很多学者在定轴齿轮箱上的状态监测与故障诊断方面已经做出了很多研究,但是在行星齿轮箱上这方面的研究还不是很完善,本文的目的就是回顾和总结这些文献,并为对这个方向感兴趣的研究人员提供综合的参考。并对定轴齿轮箱和行星齿轮箱的结构作出了介绍,简单论述与分析了行星齿轮箱特有的特征和故障特点,基于目前可采用的方法对行星齿轮箱的状态监测和故障诊断方面的研究进展进行了总结。
The planetary gearbox is quite different from the fixed-axle gearbox and has unique characteristics.Therefore,the application of good fault diagnosis method in the fixed-axle gearbox is not suitable for the planetary gearbox.There are many studies on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of fixed-axle gearbox,but the research on planetary gearbox is insufficient.However,we find that the literature on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of planetary gearbox has appeared in academic journals,conference summaries and technical reports.The purpose of this paper is to review and summarize these literatures,and to provide a comprehensive reference for researchers interested in this direction.This paper briefly introduces and compares the structure of planetary gearbox and fixed-axis gearbox,expounds and analyses the unique features and fault characteristics of planetary gearbox,and summarizes the research progress of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of planetary gearbox based on the currently available methods.
