质量功能展开在民用运输机飞机级需求管理上的应用研究

民用运输机是高度复杂的工业产品,也是市场上需要高度竞争的商品,对于需求的管控非常重要,因此对于复杂产品的需求管理也是一个重要的课题。质量功能展开(QFD)提供了一套分析用户需求并将其落实到产品生产与质量控制的具体措施中的方法。本文通过对质量功能展开的方法对民用运输机的需求管理进行了初步的研究。

Civil transport aircraft is a highly complex industrial product and a highly competitive commodity in the market.It is very important to control the demand,so the requirement management of complex products is also an important topic.Quality function deployment(QFD)provides a set of methods for analyzing user requirements and implementing them into specific measures for product production and quality control.This paper makes a preliminary study on the demand management of civil transport aircraft by means of quality function expansion.
