摘要
目的:分析前列腺癌根治术患者实施早期康复护理对预防患者术后尿失禁的效果。方法:选取我院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的106例前列腺癌根治术患者按照随机抽样法分为实验组(53例,常规护理同时配合早期康复护理干预)和对照组(53例,实施常规护理措施),对比两组患者控尿功能恢复有效率。结果:实验组患者控尿功能恢复有效率92.5%明显高于对照组73.6%(c2=8.434,P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌根治术患者实施早期康复护理可有效预防术后尿失禁,提高患者控尿功能,可在临床广泛推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on preventing urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods:106 patients with radical prostatectomy in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(53 cases,routine nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing intervention)and control group(53 cases,implement routine nursing measures),and the recovery efficiency of urinary control function was compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of recovery of controlled urine function in experimental group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 73.6%in control group(c2=8.434,P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy can effectively prevent postoperative urinary incontinence and improve their urinary control function,which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
