摘要
微生物学实验是生物专业一门重要的实践性课程,在应用型人才培养过程中占据着重要地位。该文分析了当前微生物学实验教学中存在的问题,从教学体系、教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式等方面提出了教学改革与创新的对策措施,打造了“以学生为中心”的实验教学课堂,从而提高了学生学习的积极性、主动性,有效地提高了微生物学实验的教学质量。
Microbiology Experiment is an essential pratical course for biological major,which plays an important role in cultivation of technical talents.The dificiencies in teaching process of Microbiology Experiment was initially analyzed in this study.Accordingly,the Microbiology Experiment teaching was adjusted and innovated from several aspects,i.e.,teaching system,contents of courses,teaching method and assessment method.This reform has created“student-centered”class,and thus stimulated learning enthusiasm and intiative of students.Therefore,the reform has improved the quality of the Microbiology Experiment teaching.
