大型车辆配载与装箱优化方法及系统设计研究

车辆的配载和装箱是物流的重要环节,直接影响物流成本。通过对配载问题进行描述和建模,基于安全经济快速的原则提出采用层次分析法(AHP)对其约束进行分析,为方案的排优和输出提供依据;提出全局协调优化方法将复杂三维布局总系统分解为一维和二维子系统,从而有效解决三维空间规划,避免因可用空间的长宽高限制出现货物“被分解”的情况;基于实际活动中配载装箱活动过程的需求,设计自动化配载装箱系统,采用C++语言的MFC模块对UG进行二次开发,并通过实例运行验证系统的可行性和有效性,实现配载装箱的自动化和智能化。

The problem of loading and packing of vehicles is an important part of logistics,which directly affects the cost of logistics.The loading problem is modeled and described by using the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which provides the basis for output,based on the principle of security,economy and rapidity.Three-dimensional layout is decomposed into two subsystems,by using the method of global coordinated optimization,in order to avoiding that the goods is"broken down".Based on the actual needs of packing and loading process in the activity,the automation system of packing and loading is designed,by using c++language of MFC module and UG secondary development.The feasibility and validity of the system are verified by running actual examples,and the goal of automation and intelligentization is realized.
