摘要
基于乘用车总装底盘线项目,项目应用了高度体现机电一体化现代技术的物流输送系统即重载EMS自行小车输送线,简要介绍了重载EMS输送系统及旋转打开保持吊具的结构及原理。通过公司成功案例进一步解析了吊具的设计关键尺寸对支点调整的精度影响进行分析与研究,总结出关键尺寸的精度控制要求,对吊具设计结构进行优化设计,有效保证了旋转打开保持制作精度及现场安装调整的时间。该项目经验对机械化输送领域类似设备问题的解决有较高的实际指导意义及应用参考价值。
Based on the project of passenger vehicles chassis assembly line,in allusion to the project design request of hanger with opening and holding institution,by trial-producing and analyzing the key size of design,manufacture,andassembly and so on for the influence on hanger precision,this thesis put forward the controlling demand on the critical dimensional accuracy,and optimize the structure of hanger design,and make a claim for increasing the controlling accuracy of key dimensions in the aspect of manufacturing and assembling,which improve the precision of installation of hanger and reduce a lot of time of adjusting hanger in the process of project implementation.
