摘要
自动猫道是现代钻探业必不可少的重要装备,翻转机构负责钻杆在地面与滑道平台之间运移工作。本项目组研制的自动猫道在测试时翻转机构的支撑架出现断裂,为查找其失效原因对该机构进行了实验分析和应力仿真分析。所做的研究实验包括部件的断裂痕迹检测和拉伸测试。综合分析结果表明翻转机构失效的主要原因是支撑板设计结构存在过大的应力集中,在此基础上对支撑架的结构进行设计改进。这次研究结果也表明了复杂的工况对自动猫道部件的应力变化有着很大影响。
Automatic catwalk is an important equipment in the modern drilling industry.During work,turnover mechanism works for the transmission of drill pipe between the ground and the lifting slide.There was its supporting frame damage when automatic catwalk system was tested.To identify the reasons behind this failure,experimental investigations and stress simulation were adopted.The research experiments include the detection of the fracture trace and tensile testing.Comprehensive analysis results indicate that supporting frame failure is mainly caused by its defect in the structure design,and this paper gives a great design improvement based on the results of the analysis.These analysis results also show that the complexity of the work environment has a great influence on the stress variation of parts in automatic catwalk.
