摘要
以襄阳市中心城区为研究区域,基于多期遥感影像数据和襄阳市中心城区城乡土地规划(2010—2020)中公园绿地变化统计数据,应用生态系统服务价值理论体系计算其中心城区公园绿地的生态服务价值,同时结合该市空气质量指数多年变化特征评价其中心城区的绿色发展进度。结果表明:襄阳市中心城区2010—2020年城区城市公园规划效果良好,规划前中心城区公园绿地总面积4 320 hm2,绿地生态服务价值为6 258.04万元,2010—2020年城区城市公园规划过程中新建公园绿地面积4 140 hm2,新增公园绿地生态服务价值为5 997.30万元,规划后公园绿地总面积为8 460 hm2,公园绿地生态服务总价值为12 255.34万元;但城区间公园绿地增长不均匀,樊城区增量最大,新建公园面积2 340 hm2,占樊城区公园绿地总面积的95.9%,襄城区增量最少,新建公园面积675 hm2,占襄城区公园绿地总面积的19.1%;结合襄阳市空气质量指数多年变化特征可以看出,襄阳市城市绿色发展已初具成效。
Taking the central urban area of Xiangyang City as the research area,based on the multi temporal remote sensing image data and the statistical data of the park green space change in the urban and rural land planning(2010—2020),the ecosystem service value theory system is applied to calculate the ecological service value of the park green space in the central city,at the same time,it evaluates the progress of green development in the central city according to the characteristics of air quality index changes over the years.The results showed that:the urban park planning in central urban area from 2010 to 2020 had good effect.The total area of the park green space in the central city before the plan was 4 320 hm2,and the ecological service value of the green space was 62.584 million yuan.From 2010 to 2020,the new park green area was 4 140 hm2 in the urban park planning process,and the new park green space ecosystem service value was 59.973 million yuan.After planning,the total area of the park green space was 8 460 hm2,and the total value of the park green space ecosystem service was 12.253 million yuan.However,the growth of parks in urban areas was uneven.The Fancheng District had the largest increment.The new park area was 2 340 hm2,accounting for 95.9%of the total area of the park green area in the city zone.The smallest increment in Xiangcheng District was 675 hm2 in the new park area,accounting for 19.1%of the total area of the park green space in Xiangcheng District.Combined with the characteristics of Xiangyang City air quality index for many years,we can see that the green development of Xiangyang City has achieved initial success.
