摘要
为了高效降解玉米蛋白粉制备玉米肽,以玉米蛋白粉为唯一碳源和氮源设计筛选培养基,筛选出一株与Aspergillus Niger MG668228.1高度同源的菌株L289,命名为黑曲霉L289。通过单因素试验和正交试验,得出黑曲霉L289最佳发酵条件为:培养时间5 d,温度34℃,摇瓶装量40 mL,底物浓度5%。在该条件下发酵,发酵液中氨基酸含量达2 718.05μg/mL。
In order to degrade corn protein powder efficiently to prepare corn peptide,a strain L289 highly homologous to Aspergillus Niger MG668228.1,named Aspergillus Niger L289,was screened by using corn protein powder as the sole carbon and nitrogen source.The optimum fermentation conditions of Aspergillus Niger L289 were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments:culture time 5 days,temperature 34℃,shaking bottle 40 mL,substrate concentration 5%.Under this condition,the content of amino acid in fermentation broth reached 2 718.05μg/mL.
