紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案新辅助治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效及不良反应

Efficacy and Side Effects of Paclitaxel Combined with DDP in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的探究紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效及不良反应。方法选取2016年11月至2018年3月于我院接受治疗的局部晚期宫颈癌患者74例,按照随机数表法分为观察组37例和对照组37例。观察组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗,对照组采用顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗方案治疗。持续治疗2周期后,将两组患者化疗后的临床效果与不良反应状况以及宫颈癌根治术的术后效果进行比较。结果与对照组相比较,化疗结束次日观察组的临床效果较好,化疗过程中观察组的不良反应发生率较低,且术后观察组的切除率较高、复发率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床效果显著,不易引发不良反应,手术效果较满意,值得在临床应用中予以推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods 74 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer who received treatment in our hospital from November 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided in to observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with DDP,while the control group was treated with DDP combined with Fluorouracil.After 2 cycles of continuous treatment,the clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups after chemotherapy and the postoperative effect of radical resection of cervical cancer were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was better the day after chemotherapy,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the resection rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were higher and the recurrence rate was lower.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer,which is not easy to cause adverse reactions,and the surgical effect is satisfactory,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
