SKA1与恶性肿瘤相关性及机制的研究进展

摘要 纺锤体和动粒关联蛋白-1(SKA1)参与有丝分裂过程中动粒与微管之间的稳定结合,维持染色体的稳定性;抑制纺锤体组装检查点(SAC)的活性,促进有丝分裂中后期转化。SKA1功能失调或表达异常,影响细胞有丝分裂或细胞周期转化,与多种恶性肿瘤发生发展密切相关。本文就SKA1结构、功能及其在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用及机制进行综述。 SKA1 participates in the stable binding between the kinetochore and microtubules during mitosis,maintaining the chromosome instability(CIN);SKA1 inhibits the activity of Spindle assembly checkpoint(SAC),facilitating the mitotic transformation from metaphase to anaphase.Dysfunction or aberrant expression of SKA1 affects with mitosis and cell cycle transformation,and thus correlates with the pathogenesis and progression of multiple malignancies.This article reviews the structure and function of SKA1 and its mechanisms in carcinogenes is and progression.
