不同高硒饲粮对北京油鸡蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、蛋硒含量和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Different High-Selenium Diets on Performance,Egg Quality,Egg Selenium Content and Antioxidant Capacity of Beijing-You Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同高硒饲粮对北京油鸡蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、蛋硒含量和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用216只健康的22周龄北京油鸡蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复18只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,不额外添加硒源;亚硒酸钠组和酵母硒组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5 mg/kg(以硒计)的亚硒酸钠和酵母硒。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:1)亚硒酸钠组的料蛋比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组之间产蛋率、平均日产蛋重和平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)亚硒酸钠组和酵母硒组第56天的蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酵母硒组第28天的蛋黄色泽显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。酵母硒组第28天的蛋黄色泽、蛋白高度显著高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05)。3)亚硒酸钠组和酵母硒组第4、7、14、21、28、56天的蛋黄硒含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。酵母硒组第56天的蛋黄硒含量显著高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05)。4)亚硒酸钠组的蛋黄和全蛋硒含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酵母硒组的蛋黄、蛋清和全蛋硒含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。酵母硒组的蛋清和全蛋硒含量显著高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05)。5)酵母硒组和亚硒酸钠组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加酵母硒对北京油鸡蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质以及蛋硒含量等方面优于亚硒酸钠,高硒水平下饲粮添加酵母硒效果更好。 This research was conducted to study the effects of different high-selenium diets on performance,egg quality,egg selenium content and antioxidant capacity of Beijing-You laying hens.A total of 216 healthy 22-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 18 chickens per replicate.Hens in the control group was fed a basal diet without additional selenium,and the others in sodium selenite group and selenium yeast group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5 mg/kg(as selenium)sodium selenite and selenium yeast,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)the feed/egg of sodium selenite group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in laying rate,average daily egg weight and average daily feed intake among all groups(P>0.05).2)The egg weight on day 56 of sodium selenite group and selenium yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the yolk color on day 28 of selenium yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The yolk color and albumen height on day 28 of selenium yeast group were significantly higher than those of sodium selenite group(P<0.05).3)The yolk selenium content on days 4,7,14,21,28 and 56 of sodium selenite group and selenium yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The yolk selenium content on day 56 of selenium yeast group was significantly higher than that of sodium selenite group(P<0.05).4)The contents of selenium in yolk and whole egg of sodium selenite group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The contents of selenium in yolk,albumen and whole egg of selenium yeast group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The contents of selenium in albumen and whole egg of selenium yeast group were significantly higher than those of sodium selenite group(P<0.05).5)The serum glutathione peroxidase activity of sodium selenite group and selenium yeast group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of yeast selenium is better than sodium selenite in the performance,egg quality and egg selenium content of Beijing-You laying hens,and the effect of yeast selenium supplementation on diet is better than that of yeast selenium supplementation under the condition of high selenium level.
