大豆黄酮对妊娠母猪繁殖性能、血清激素含量、抗氧化能力及免疫机能的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Daidzein on Reproductive Performance,Serum Hormone Contents,Antioxidant Capacity and Immune Function of Pregnant Sows

摘要 本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加大豆黄酮(DA)对妊娠母猪繁殖性能、血清激素含量、抗氧化能力及免疫机能的影响。选取3~5胎、体重相近的长×大二元母猪40头,受孕后随机分为2组,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)和大豆黄酮组(基础饲粮+200 mg/kg DA),每组20个重复,每个重复1头母猪。试验期114 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮中添加DA显著增加仔猪的初生窝重和窝健仔数(P<0.05),而窝总仔数、窝活仔数及仔猪初生个体重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)饲粮中添加DA极显著增加妊娠85 d母猪的血清孕酮(P)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)含量(P<0.01),显著增加妊娠35和85 d的血清雌激素(E)和瘦素(LEP)含量(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中添加DA极显著或显著增加妊娠35和85 d母猪的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。4)饲粮中添加DA极显著增加妊娠35和85 d母猪的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.01),显著增加妊娠85 d的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加DA可改善妊娠母猪的繁殖性能,调节血清繁殖激素水平,增强机体抗氧化能力和免疫机能。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary daidzein(DA)on reproductive performance,serum hormone contents,antioxidant capacity and immune function of pregnant sows.Forty Landrace×Yorkshire hybrid sows with similar body weight and 3 to 5 parity were randomly divided into 2 group with 20 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate after pregnant.The 2 group were control group(a basal diet)and DA group(the basal diet+200 mg/kg DA),respectively.The experiment lasted for 114 days.The results showed as follows:compared with control group,1)dietary DA significantly increased the weight of piglets birth per litter and the number of viable piglets per litter(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of total piglets per litter,the number of live piglets per litter and the weight of individual piglets(P>0.05).2)Dietary DA extremely significantly increased the contents of progesterone(P)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in serum of sows at day 85 of gestation(P<0.01),and significantly increased the contents of estrogen(E)and leptin(LEP)in serum at day 35 and 85 of gestation(P<0.05).3)Dietary DA significantly increased the content of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in serum of sows at day 35 and 85 of gestation(P<0.01 or P<0.05).4)Dietary DA extremely significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum of sows at day 35 and 85 of gestation(P<0.01),and significantly increased total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in serum at day 85 of gestation(P<0.05).In summary,dietary DA can improve reproductive performance,regulate serum reproductive hormone levels and enhance antioxidant capacity and immune function of pregnant sows.
