摘要
用恒温水浴加热法制备了不同物质的量比例的SnO 2/BiOI复合光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)和光致发光(PL)光谱等测试手段对产物进行了表征;通过在可见光下降解MB溶液研究SnO 2/BiOI复合材料的光催化性能。n(SnO 2)∶n(BiOI)=7∶3的复合光催化剂(SB-7)的光催化活性最高。光生电子空穴对在SnO 2和BiOI界面间实现了有效分离,因而改善了光催化性能。
SnO2/BiOI composites were prepared via a thermostatic water bath heating method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(SEM),UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)and photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy were employed to characterize the resulted samples.SnO 2/BiOI photocatalysts were used to decompose of methyl blue(MB)under visible light.The results implied that SB-7(n(SnO2)∶n(BiOI)=7∶3)shows the highest photocatalytic activity.The effective separation of photoinduced electron-hole pairs lead to the improvement of the photocatalytic activity.
