可调移液器计量检定数据分析及临床实验应用

Analysis on the data of metrological verification of adjustable pipettes and its application in clinical experiment

目的:对可调移液器的计量检定数据进行分析,将计量数据应用至高精度生命科学实验及实验结果分析中。方法:对2017年中心实验室量程为0.5~10μl的5支可调移液器的计量检定数据中的标称值、示值误差、实测重复性等指标进行分析,通过SPSS统计分析软件分析各检定点的离散程度。结果:5支可调移液器在不同检定点离散程度不同,且该量程可调移液器取液量为10μl时比取液量为2μl和5μl移液时更准确。结论:在相关高精度生命科学实验中,可根据计量数据进行可调移液器的选择,为中心实验室相关实验的可靠性提供理论依据。

Objective:To analyze the measurement data of adjustable pipettes and to apply these measurement data in life scienece experiments with high-precision and the analysis of experimental results.Methods:Analyzed the test indicators included labeled value,indication error and measured repeatability of the measurement data of 5 adjustable pipettes,which sampling range were between 0.5-10μl,of central laboratory in 2017,and analyzed dispersion degree of each verification point through SPSS.statistical analysis software.Results:The dispersion degree of 5 adjustable pipettes at different verification points were different,and the accuracy when 10μl liquid was transferred by adjustable pipette was higher than that when 2μl and 5μl liquid was transferred by same pipette,respectively.Conclusion:In the life scienece experiments with relevant high-precision,the selection of adjustable pipettes can be carried out according to the measurement data.And it can provide a certain of theoretical basis for the reliability of relevant experiments in central laboratory.
