戴明循环法在降低医院监护仪故障中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨戴明(PDCA)循环法循环理论在医院监护仪维修全流程管理的应用,以保障临床科室监护仪设备的使用安全性和有效性。方法:根据PDCA循环法管理方法,通过分析监护仪故障类别和影响因素,在9类代表性故障中,筛选出排名前5的附件故障、电路板故障、按钮故障、气泵故障和屏幕故障作为PDCA循环法重点解决和改进的部分,在预防性维护、维修配件管理和业务培训等方面实施针对性的改进措施,并探讨其应用效果。结果:实施改进措施后,医院监护仪的故障率明显降低,监护仪报修比由改进前的每月17.23‰降至改进后的每月13.11‰;附件故障报修台数由每月平均10.92台次降至每月平均5.07台次;单台监护仪维修周期由原来的1.74 d减少为1.22 d;监护仪维修金额由每月7013元降低为每月5752元。结论:PDCA循环法应用于医院监护仪维修全流程管理,可降低监护仪故障率,提高维修效率,保证医院监护仪的最优运行。 Objective:To explore the application of Deming cycle theory(plan,do,check and action,PDCA)in whole process of maintenance of monitor of hospital so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of monitors in clinical departments.Methods:According to the PDCA cycle management method,the first five faults included accessory faults,circuit board faults,button faults,gas pump faults and screen faults in 9 kinds of faults with representativeness were screened as important parts that need be resolved and improved by PDCA cycle method through analyzed fault category and influence factors of monitor.The improvement measurements with aim were implemented in preventive maintenance,management of repairable parts and business training and other aspects,and their application effects were explored and discussed.Results:After the improvement measures were implemented,the fault rate of monitors of hospital was significantly reduced,and the monthly repairs ratio of monitors decreased from 17.23‰(pre improvement)to 13.11‰(post improvement).The monthly number of repair of accessory faults decreased from average 10.92(set or time)to average 5.07(set or time).And the maintenance cycle of single monitor decreased from 1.74 d to 1.22 d.The monthly maintenance amount of monitors has been reduced from 7013 CNY to 5752 CNY.Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle theory in whole maintenance process of monitor of hospital can reduce fault rate of monitor,and improve maintenance efficiency and ensure the optimal operation of monitor in hospital.
