基于微信平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法在医学影像学教学中的应用 被引量:28

摘要 目的:探究构建微信平台的病例讨论式基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在医学影像学教学中的应用。方法:选取首都医科大学宣武医院放射科进行临床实习的2013级本科医学生90人,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45人。研究组采用基于微信平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法,对照组采用传统课堂教学模式。学期末对两组学生的考核成绩进行对比,采用自制问卷调查的方法对教学满意度进行对比分析。结果:两组考核成绩对比,研究组学生的理论测试成绩和读片技能成绩均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.006,t=6.706;P<0.05);研究组对基于微信平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法的满意度高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.105,P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的病例讨论式PBL教学模式教学效果好,学生满意度高,可提升学生的综合素质,符合现代医学影像学教学的发展需求。 Objective:To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method with case discussion in teaching of medical imaging based on WeChat platform.Methods:Ninety undergraduate medical students who were engaged in clinical practice in radiology department of Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected as subjects.And they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 45 in each group.The study group received the PBL teaching method withcase discussion thatbased on WeChat platform,and the control group received the traditional teaching mode in classroom.The test scores of two groups of students were compared at the end of the term.And the teaching satisfaction of two groups were compared and analyzed by using survey method with self-made questionnaire.Results:As the comparison results of test scores of two groups,the theoretical test scores and film reading skills ofthe students in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(t=3.006,t=6.706,P<0.05).For the PBL teaching method with case discussion based on the WeChat platform,the satisfaction of study groupwas significantly higher than that of control group(x2=6.105,P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of the PBL teaching method with case discussion based on WeChat platform is favorable,and the satisfaction of students is high.It can improve the comprehensive quality of students and it accords with the development demand of medicalimaging teaching of modern medicine.
