基于云计算的手术室移动护理信息系统构建与临床应用评价

Construction and evaluation of clinical application of mobile nursing information system of operation room on the basis of cloud computing

目的:构建基于云计算的手术室移动护理信息系统,评价其临床应用价值。方法:采用NET平台作为系统开发平台,在Microsoft SQL Server2008数据库支持下,通过电子设计自动化技术进行数据的采集、展示与查询,将企业数据助理(EDA)与医院信息系统(HIS)及麻醉信息管理系统(AIMS)进行连接,设置7个功能模块,实现流程互通与数据共享。结果:系统可实现患者身份识别与核对、术中医嘱执行与签名、手术室用药核对、检查结果查询、无菌物品动态管理及护理质量控制。对比此系统应用前的2017年1-12月数据与系统应用后的2018年1-12月相应数据,系统应用后单位时间手术量显著增加,其差异有统计学意义(t=7.324,P<0.05);手术时间占比明显升高,而非手术时间占比明显下降,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.237,x^2=6.254;P<0.05)。结论:手术室移动护理信息系统的建立及临床应用,可提高医务人员工作效率及患者满意度,降低各类医疗差错事故的发生风险,减少人力资源浪费。

Objective:To construct a mobile nursing information systembased on cloud computing for operating room,and to evaluate its clinical application value.Methods:NET platform was used as the development platformof this system.With the support of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database,through automatic technique of electric design to implement collection,display and query of data.And enterprise data assistant(EDA)was connected with hospital information system(HIS)and anesthesia information management system(AIMS),and 7 function modules were set so as to realize process interoperability and data sharing.Results:The mobile nursing information system in operating room can realize identification of patient and check,execution and signature of doctor's advices during operation,check of using drug in operating room,inquiry of examination results,dynamic management of sterile materials and quality control of nursing.The data of January-December 2017 before the application of mobile nursing information system in operating room was implemented were used to compared with the corresponding data of January-December 2018 after the application of this system was implemented.As the results,the number of operation per unit time increased significantly after this system was applied(t=7.324,P<0.05).And the proportion of operation time increased significantly,while the proportion of non-operation time decreased significantlyafter this system was applied(x^2=5.237,x^2=6.254,P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment and clinical application of mobile nursing information system in operating room can improve the work efficiency of medical staffs and satisfaction of patients,and decrease the occurrence risk of variously medical errors and accidents,and reduce the waste of human resources.
