根据解放军总医院核医学科PET/CT中心多年的临床工作和教学经验以及同道的带教精华,对PET/CT诊断报告的要素加以总结归纳。从PET/CT诊断报告的临床作用到报告正确书写的各细节中提出了一套有序、详细及规范的PET/CT诊断报告的书写方法和要求。我科PET/CT诊断报告书写规范对本专业或临床医师、研究生、进修生及规培生都有不同的参考价值。规范的PET/CT诊断报告还将成为医疗、教学、科研及法律有关的客观资料。

Based on the clinical practice experience of the Nuclear Medicine Department in the PLA General Hospital,we summarized the elements of the PET/CT integrated diagnostic report.A wealth of detailed and standardized workflows for PET/CT diagnostic reports were extracted from the clinical settings of the PET/CT,as well as the details of writing.Our standards for PET/CT diagnostic report bears customized roles and visions among different groups,including the professionals,clinicians,graduates and trained students.Moreover,it will be a promising significant reference for medical teaching,research and policy.
