神经外科医护一体化管理对改进危重患者安全的效果分析

Effect of Doctor-Nurse Integrated Management on Safety of Critically Ill Neurosurgery Patients

目的探讨神经外科医护一体化管理对危重患者安全的影响。方法将2017年7月至2018年4月我院神经外科收治的79例行医护一体化管理的患者纳入观察组;另将2016年1月至2017年6月于我院神经外科接受常规护理管理的79例患者纳入对照组。比较实施医护一体化管理前后,护士的护理服务质量、两组患者的安全情况及对护理服务满意度。结果实施医护一体化管理后,护士的护理服务质量各维度评分均明显高于实施前,观察组患者住院期间安全情况优于对照组,患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理能有效提高神经外科危重患者护理服务质量,更好地保证患者安全,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated doctor-nurse care management on the safety of critically ill neurosurgery patients. Methods A total of79 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to April 2018 with integrated doctor-nurse care management were included in the observation group,and 79 patients with routine nursing management from January 2016 to June 2017 were included as the control group. The quality of nursing service,the safety of patients in two groups and their satisfaction with nursing service were compared before and after the implementation of integrated doctornursecare management. Results After the implementation of integrated doctor-nurse care management, the scores of each dimension of nursing servicequality were significantly higher than those before the implementation. The safety of patients in the observation group was better than that in the controlgroup. And the patients' satisfaction with nursing service was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion Integrated doctor-nurse care management can effectively improve the nursing quality for critically ill patients in neurosurgery, better ensurepatient safety, and increase patient satisfaction.
