手术室护士对改进排班模式需求的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Needs of Operating Room Nurses for Improving Scheduling Model

目的了解手术室护士对排班的需求,为改进手术室排班模式提供参考。方法根据手术室排班模式,结合查阅相关文献,深入访谈15名不同层级手术室护士。结果接受调查的护士认为有必要对手术室排班模式进行改进;排班模式应考虑专科性、周期性、预见性等多方面内容,并能体现相对公平等;同时需要兼顾护士生活的需要的特点,采用弹性的、自主的、机动的等多种方法综合实施。结论手术室护士需要改进排班模式,且排班模式要满足手术各专科需要、提供全面的专科技能并能兼顾护士生活的需要合理排班,以期适应不断发展的手术室文化,提高手术室护士工作满意度,提高幸福指数。

Objective To explore operating room nurse's need of scheduling,and provide reference for improving the mode of operation room scheduling.Methods According to the mode of operating room scheduling and literature review,15 operating room nurses of different levels were interviewed in depth.Results The nurses surveyed believed that it was necessary to improve the operation room scheduling model;the scheduling model should take into account specialty,periodicity,foresight and other aspects,and reflect relative fairness.It should also take into account the characteristics of nurses'life needs,and adopt various methods of characteristics such as flexible,autonomous,mobile and so on.Conclusions It is necessary to improve the scheduling model for operating room nurses,and the scheduling model should meet the needs of various surgical specialties,provide comprehensive specialized skills and take into account the needs of nurses'life,so as to adapt to the growing operating room culture,improve the job satisfaction of operating room nurses,and improve the happiness index.
