三级质控管理在手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Management in Nursing Management of Operating Room

目的观察三级质控管理模式应用于手术室护理管理中,对护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法我院于2017年9月起实行三级质控管理,将2017年9月至2018年4月行三级质控管理后收治的175例接受手术治疗患者纳入观察组,将2017年1月至2017年8月行传统质控护理管理时收治的151例接受手术治疗患者纳为对照组。比较两组护理质量,患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组护理质量考核各项结果明显优于对照组,且患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论三级质控管理模式可以显著提高手术室护理质量,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of three-level quality control management mode on nursing quality and patient satisfaction in operating room nursing management.Methods The hospital implemented three-level quality control management since September 2017.After the implementation,from September 2017 to April 2018,175 patients receiving surgical treatment under three-level quality control management were enrolled in the observation group.151 patients receiving surgical treatment from January 2017 to August 2017 under traditional quality control management were enrolled in the control group.The quality of nursing and patients'satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The results of nursing quality assessment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the patients'satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The three-level quality control management mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing in the operating room and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.It is worth popularizing and applying.
