运用失效模式与效应分析法改善包药机缺陷 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨运用失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)改善包药机缺陷。方法将过程FMEA用于包药机的缺陷率过程分析,确定FMEA实施步骤、可能失效模式、发生失效原因和失效可能造成的后果,建立调分模型,确定重点改进策略。结果实施FMEA前分包错误率为0.61%,实施后分包错误率为0.2%,分包错误率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论应用FMEA前瞻性地对包药机缺陷率进行全过程分析,结合本院的实际情况制定改善计划并加以落实,极大地提高了系统的安全性,降低了包药机的缺陷率,使口服用药安全得到提高。 Objective To explore the use of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in improving the defect rate of medicine packaging machines.Methods The process FMEA was applied to the process analysis of the defect rate of the medicine packaging machine.The steps of FMEA implementation,the possible failure mode,the cause of failure and the consequences of the failure were determined,and the adjustment model was established to determine the key improvement strategies.Results The defect rate of medicine packaging before implementing FMEA was 0.61%,which after implementing FMEA was 0.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion After applying FMEA to prospectively carry out the whole process analysis of the defect rate of medicine packaging machine and formulates the improvement plan according to the actual situation of our hospital and carries it out,the hospital successfully improved the safety of the system,reduced the defect rate of medicine packaging machine and improved the safety of oral medication.
