This paper focuses on the 25 enterprises listed on the first batch of the STAR Market.From the perspective of patents in the IPO process,the key points of the IPO audit of the STAR Market enterprises and the patent layout of the STAR Market enterprises,the purpose is to put forward suggestions on risk prevention and response for the intellectual property of IPO companies of the STAR Market.
