浅谈Web of Science在非专利检索中的应用

Brief Discussion About How to Use Web of Science in Non-Patent Search

在现有的审查检索过程中,为了保证检索的全面性,或者为了给申请人提供更多的现有技术信息,需要进行全面检索,尤其是需要进行非专利检索。然而,现有的非专利检索往往聚焦在中国知网等中文非专利文献数据库,而忽略了外文非专利文献的检索。本文通过介绍外文非专利数据库Web of Science平台的相关信息和其使用方法,并结合具体的实际案例,探讨了一些Web of Science的使用技巧,旨在为有检索需求的专利从业人员提供一种外文非专利文献的检索途径,供检索人员参考。

During the current examination and search process,overall search,especially non-patent literature search is required for comprehensiveness or providing applicants more technical information in prior art.However,domestic non-patent literature databases,for example,CNKI,are paid more attention during the current search for non-patent literature and foreign non-patent literature databases are often overlooked.In this article,some information and usage methods of the non-patent literature database Web of Science are introduced and some usage skills of Web of Science are discussed with some specific cases.Thus,a searching access for searching non-patent literature is provided for searchers as a reference.
