摘要
分子生物学技术是现代中医药研究的重要方法,也是实验中医学的核心教学内容之一。作者结合自己近年来在实验中医学课程中讲授分子生物学技术理论和实践的经验,从扎实分子生物学理论基础、强化分子生物学技术在中医药研究中的应用、提高分子生物学技术实验操作水平3个方面,介绍自己的教学体会,旨在与同行交流沟通。
The techniques of molecular biology are important methods utilized in modern traditional Chinese medicine research,and have been considered as key parts in the course of experimental traditional Chinese medicine.Based on our recent teaching experiences in theoretical and practical teaching of Techniques of Molecular Biology in the course of experimental traditional Chinese medicine,we summarized our teaching approaches and thoughts in the aspects of improving the theoretical basis of molecular biology,emphasizing the application of molecular biology in traditional Chinese medicine research and enhancing the experiment ability of molecular biological techniques,as so to share with our colleagues.
