壮族养生养老文化源远流长、博大精深,其诞生于骆越文化,并不断继承与发展,具有民族性、地域性、传统性、以及多样性等特征,在历史的不同阶段具有不同的特点,这种文化成为显示壮族社会进步和经济发展的重要标志,其蕴含了壮医的理论实质内涵,是壮族人民赖以生存和追求健康、长寿的养生保健的重要组成部分。本章从起源、基本内涵、主要特点以及现代意义角度,初探壮族养生养老文化。

The health care and old-age culture of Zhuang nationalityhas a long history,extensive and profound.It originated from Luoyue culture and continues to inherit and develop.It has the characteristics of nationality,regionality,tradition and rich diversity.It has different characteristics at different stages of history.This kind of culture has become an important symbol to show the social progress and economic development of Zhuang people.It contains the theoretical connotation of Zhuang doctors and is an important part of Zhuang people's health care for survival and longevity.This paper explores the Zhuang nationality's health care and old-age culture from the perspective of its origin,basic connotation,main features and modern significance.
