裸花紫珠胶囊辅助治疗不规则阴道出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Luohua Zizhu Capsule in the Adjuvant Treatment of Irregular Vaginal Hemorrhage

目的探讨在不规则阴道出血患者中应用裸花紫珠胶囊辅助治疗的作用。方法采用随机数字表法将100例不规则阴道出血患者随机分为2组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组应用裸花紫珠胶囊辅助西药治疗,对比2组治疗前后中医证候积分,比较2组的治疗效果、药物不良反应,另外比较2组治疗前后的生活质量。结果治疗后2组的中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),2组比较观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组的药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组的生活质量简易量表(QOL-BREF)中生理因素、心理因素、社会关系和环境因素4个维度评分均提高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在不规则阴道出血患者治疗中应用裸花紫珠胶囊更利于改善患者的症状,提高治疗效果,无明显不良反应发生,并可更好地提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Luohua Zizhu capsule in the adjuvant treatment of irregular vaginal bleeding.Methods 100 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups with random number table:control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The observation group was treated with Luohua Zizhu capsule as an adjunct to Western medicine.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physiological,psychological and social factors in the QOL-BREF of the two groups were lower(P<0.05).The scores of four dimensions of environmental factors were all improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Luohua Zizhu capsule in the treatment of irregular vaginal bleeding is more conducive to improving the symptoms of patients,improving the treatment effect,not significantly increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,and can better improve the quality of life of patients.
