培元养肾汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Peiyuan Yangshen Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Chronic Renal Failure

目的观察培元养肾汤联合穴位贴敷对脾肾阳虚型慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法将67例符合临床标准的患者随机分为2组,剔除脱落患者,最后治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组采用培元养肾汤联合穴位贴敷及低盐低优质蛋白饮食、复方α酮酸治疗;对照组采用低盐低优质蛋白饮食、复方α酮酸治疗。通过观察患者血常规、尿常规、肾功、肝功、中医证候积分量表、24 h尿蛋白定量等来评价疗效。结果治疗组的血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量下降幅度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医症状积分也明显降低,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);在不良反应方面,治疗组发生率13.33%,对照组发生率16.67%,2组差异无统计学意义。结论培元养肾汤联合穴位贴敷及低盐低优质蛋白饮食、复方α酮酸治疗慢性肾功能衰竭脾肾阳虚型有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Peiyuan Yangshen decoction combined with acupoint application on spleen and kidney yang deficiency chronic renal failure.Methods 67 patients who met the clinical criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,excluding the exfoliated patients,and finally 30 cases were observed in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group used Peiyuan Yangsren decoction combined with acupoint application and low-salt and low-quality protein diet.Compound a-ketoacid treatment,The control group was treated with low-salt,low-quality protein diet and compound a-ketoacid,and the efficacy was evaluated by observing the blood routine,urine routine,kidney work,liver work,TCM syndrome score scale,and 24-hour urinary protein quantification.Results The decrease of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine protein in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.8% for the treatment of major symptoms such as fatigue,edema,and nausea,which was significantly higher than the control group's 50.4%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the symptom points were also significantly reduced,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence rate was 13.33% in the treatment group and 16.67% in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Peiyuan Yangshen decoction combined with acupoint application,low-salt and low-quality protein diet,compounda-ketoacid treatment of chronic renal failure spleen kidney yang deficiency has a good effect.
