中西医结合治疗儿童支原体肺炎80例

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children for 80 Cases

目的探析80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿采取中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取肺炎支原体肺炎患儿80例为研究对象,随机分为2组,各40例。对照组开展阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在采取对照组治疗方法的同时接受中药汤剂治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为75.00%,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,对照组为22.50%,治疗组为5%,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,治疗组临床症状改善时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童肺炎支原体肺炎治疗期间,采取中西医结合治疗,有助于患儿咳嗽、发热等临床症状及早改善,避免其他疾病的发生,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on mycoplasma pneumonia for 80 cases.Methods 80 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia received in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases was treated with azithromycin,while the study group of 40 cases was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 75%in the study group and 95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 22.50%in the study group and 5%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms such as cough and fever in children as early as possible,and to avoid the occurrence of other diseases.It has high safety.
