中西医结合治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究中西医结合治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果。方法将收治的78例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,按入院顺序平均分2组,对照组实施西药治疗,研究组增加乌及散加味治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组止血时间短于对照组,胃管引流液pH优于对照组,治疗总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者效果显著,能够改善患者出血状况,促进预后康复。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 78 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the study group was treated with Wuji powder.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The hemostasis time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the PH of gastric drainage fluid of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the effective rate of treatment(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in treating patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,improving bleeding status and promoting prognosis and rehabilitation.
