西医院校临床专业学生对针灸疗法的感受、认识及对针灸的发展思考

The Experience, Cognition and the Development of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Clinical Specialty of Western Medicine Universities

目的了解西医院校青年学生对针灸疗法的认知,为针灸宣传及教学提供依据。方法针对临床医学专业学生自制针灸疗法认知及对针灸操作体验的调查问卷。通过中医基础理论学习后,给予针刺操作体验。收集相关数据并进行统计分析。结果调查问卷共计226份,其中男性112例,女性114例,调查结果表明,绝大多数受试者针刺前出现焦虑紧张情绪,女性更明显(P<0.05);在对针刺的感觉描述中“,胀满感”与“麻木感”出现次数最多,针灸刺激强度均在受试者承受范围内;经过一次针刺体验后,79.6%的学生有意向患者推荐针灸疗法,仅1.3%学生明确表示不接受针灸治疗。结论针刺可能引发疼痛的心理暗示造成患者针刺前焦虑紧张,进而对患者选择针灸疗法具有负面影响;针刺前充分沟通,对患者接受针灸治疗具有帮助意义;针灸临床研究应具有多学科整合意识,提高临床研究质量,研究报告应努力更多发表于其他专科杂志上以扩大针灸临床治疗影响。

Objective To understand young students'knowledge of acupuncture therapy and provide evidence for the promotion and teaching of acupuncture.Methods A questionnaireregarding the cognition of acupuncture treatment and acupuncture experience in clinical medicine students.After learning basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,an acupuncture experience was given.Collect relevant data and perform statistical analysis.Results Totally 226 valid questionnaires were collected,including 112 males and 114 females.The results indicated most subjects had anxiety and tension before acupuncture,and women were more obvious(P<0.05).In the sensation description of acupuncture,the"fullness sensation"and"numbing sensation"appeared the most times,and the intensity of acupuncture stimulation was all within the subject's tolerance range.After an acupuncture experience,79.6%of students are interested in recommending acupuncture therapy to the patient.And only 1.3%clearly indicated that they did not receive.Conclusion The psychological suggestion can cause pain leads to anxiety and tension before acupuncture and has a negative effect on patients'choice of acupuncture therapy.Full communication before acupuncture will be helpful for patients receiving acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture clinical research should have the awareness of multidisciplinaryintegration and improve the quality of clinical research.The research report should strive to be published in other specialized journals to expand the impact of clinical treatment of acupuncture.
