帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗长期住院精神分裂症伴焦虑症状患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗长期住院精神分裂症伴焦虑症状患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年12月我院收治的80例长期住院精神分裂症伴焦虑症状患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组患者口服奥氮平片治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、焦虑程度、病情严重程度及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的焦虑状态自评量表(SAS)评分为(31.65±7.98)分,低于对照组的(45.78±9.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病理评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗可以有效减轻长期住院精神分裂症伴焦虑症状患者的焦虑症状与病情严重程度,且不会增加毒副反应,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms.Methods A total of 80 long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms treated in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine tablets,while the study group was treated with Paroxetine on basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anxiety,severity of illness and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the study group was(31.65±7.98)point,which was lower than that of the control group([45.78±9.23]point),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general psychiatry and total scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine can effectively alleviate anxiety symptoms and severity of anxiety symptoms in long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms,without increasing toxicity and side effects,and with high safety.
