Reforming teaching concepts and cultivating innovative medical undergraduates

摘要 创新驱动作为国家发展的核心战略,实施关键在于创新人才培养。本科教育在人才培养中处于核心地位,但传统的教师独白式灌输课本知识,已不适合创新人才培养要求,教师需由课堂“主导者”转变“引领者”,以启发、讨论、对话等教学呈现方式培养学生的创新思维,以科研新进展丰富教学内容,充分将科研与教学有效结合,培养医学本科生的综合创新素质,为医学事业夯实基础。 As the core strategy of national development,the key to the implementation of innovation-driven is the cultivation of innovative talents.Undergraduate education in the cultivation of talents in a core position,but the traditional teachers monologue type infusion textbook knowledge,is not suitable for innovative talent training requirements,teachers need to by the classroom“elites”transformation“leader”,in order to inspire,discussion and dialogue teaching presents the ways to cultivate students′innovative thinking,rich teaching content to new progress in scientific research,fully combines scientific and effective teaching,the cultivation of the integrative innovation quality of medical undergraduate,solid foundation for medical career.
