HIV感染合并新型隐球菌菌血症1例报道

A case report of HIV infection with Cryptococcus neoformans bacteremia

新型隐球菌是一种致死率高、治疗难度大且很难检测的深部真菌,侵袭性强,影像学和临床表现均不典型,新型隐球菌感染患者发病迅速,病死率非常高。本研究就1例腹痛查因入院患者,诊断为人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染合并新型隐球菌菌血症病例,详细介绍患者的临床症状和诊疗过程。随着HIV患者增加和免疫抑制剂的广泛应用,类似这种免疫缺陷患者可能会逐年增多,相关专业医生应该注意此类疾病可能,避免误诊误治。

Cryptococcus neoformans is a deep fungus with high mortality,difficult treatment and difficult to detect.It is highly invasive,and its imaging and clinical manifestations are not typical.Patients with Cryptococcus neoformans infection have rapid onset and very high mortality.In this study,a case of abdominal pain was investigated in patients admitted to the hospital,diagnosed as human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection with Cryptococcus neoformans bacteremia,clinical symptoms and diagnosis and treatment processes are described in detail.With the increase in the number of patients with HIV and the widespread use of immunosuppressive agents,patients with such immunodeficiency may increase year by year,and relevant professional doctors should pay attention to the possibility of such diseases and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
