脐带自然干燥法在新生儿脐部愈合护理中的应用效果

Effect of natural drying method of umbilical cord in nursing of newborn umbilical cord healing

目的探讨脐带自然干燥法在新生儿脐部愈合护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月~2018年12月在我院出生的400例新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各200例。对照组给予脐部常规护理,试验组采用脐带自然干燥法护理,比较两组新生儿脐部愈合情况。结果试验组脐带脱落时间和脐带完全修复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组脐出血发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新生儿脐炎和脐肉芽肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脐带自然干燥法应用于新生儿脐部愈合护理中可明显缩短脐带脱落时间,减少脐部并发症的发生,促进新生儿脐部早期愈合。

Objective To explore the effect of natural drying of umbilical cord in neonatal umbilical cord nursing.Methods A total of 400 neonates in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and all of them were divided into control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,200 cases in each group.Routine umbilical care was taken in the control group,and natural drying method was taken in the experimental group,the healing of umbilical cord was compared between the two groups.Results The time of umbilical cord shedding and complete umbilical cord repair in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal umbilical hemorrhage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal omphalitis and umbilical granuloma(P>0.05).Conclusion Natural drying method of umbilical cord in neonatal umbilical cord care can significantly shorten the umbilical cord shedding time,reduce umbilical complications,and promote early umbilical cord healing.
