小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的效果和安全性

Effect and safety of small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumors

目的探讨小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤(TT)的效果和安全性。方法选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院收治的75例TT患者作为研究对象做回顾性研究,将全部患者按手术方法的不同分为实验组(39例)和对照组(36例)。实验组予以小切口甲状腺切除术,对照组予以传统开放性手术,比较两组相关手术指标、术后疼痛情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组手术切口长度明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间及术后住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在术后6、12 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口甲状腺切除术能有效治疗TT,能减少手术创伤、术中出血及手术并发症,缩短手术时间及住院时间,加快恢复,不影响患者术后美观,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumors(TT).Methods A total of 75 patients were selected as the research object with TT admitted to our hospital from October to October 2016,the patients were divided into experimental group(39 cases)and control group(36 cases)according to the different surgical methods.Among them,the experimental group was treated with small incision thyroidectomy,while the control group was treated with traditional open surgery,the relevant surgical indexes,postoperative pain and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The length of incision in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Beisdes,the operation time and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the visual analogue scale(VAS)were lower in the experimental group 6 and 12 hours after operation than in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision thyroidectomy can not only effectively treat TT but also reduce surgical trauma,intraoperative hemorrhage and surgical complications,apart from shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,speed up recovery and does not affect the patient′s postoperative aesthetics.Therefore,its clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
