兵团某地区6189例女性宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)第十二师6189例女性宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况。方法收集2018年12月1日~2019年2月14日兵团第十二师进行健康体检的6189例女性的宫颈分泌物,分别对其进行HPV基因分型检测,并结合年龄、HPV亚型以及混合感染情况,分析兵团第十二师女性HPV感染的分布特征。结果在6189例样本中,HPV阳性861例,感染率为13.9%,其中单一感染648例(75.3%),多重感染213例(24.7%)。各年龄组HPV感染率为:35~<40岁组14.1%,40~<45岁组12.7%,45~<50岁组13.4%,50~<55岁组13.1%,55~<60岁组15.8%,≥60岁组17.8%。≥55岁组与35~<55岁组的HPV感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.541,P<0.05)。感染率排在前5位的HPV亚型分别是52型(18.1%)、16型(12.8%)、53型(9.0%)、58型(8.5%)和51型(7.9%)。HPV 52型和16型是单一感染和多重感染的主要感染亚型,其感染率在≥60岁组人群中最高。结论兵团第十二师≥55岁女性是HPV感染的高风险人群,HPV 52型和16型为HPV主要感染亚型,对高危人群进行HPV筛查将为宫颈癌的防治提供依据。 Objective To investigate 6189 cases of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in 12th division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(referred to as corps).Methods A total of 6189 cervical secretions from healthy women over 35 years old in 12th division of the crops were collected from 1 December 2018 to 14 February 2019.HPV genotyping were performed,and the subtype distribution in different ages,mixed infection were analyzed.Results In 6189 samples,861 cases were HPV positive,the infection rate was 13.9%,of which 648 cases(75.3%)were single infection and 213 cases(24.7%)were multiple infection.HPV infection rates in all age groups were,14.1%in the 35-<40 years old group,12.7%in the 40-<45 years old group,13.4%in the 45-<50 years old group,13.1%in the 50-<55 years old group,15.8%in the 55-<60 years old group,17.8%in the≥60 years old group,and the difference between the≥55 years old group and the 35-<55 years old group was statistically significant(χ2=8.541,P<0.05).The HPV subtypes with the highest infection rate were type 52(18.1%),type 16(12.8%),type 53(9.0%),type 58(8.5%)and type 51(7.9%)respectively.HPV type 52 and 16 were the main subtypes of single infection and multiple infection,with the highest infection rate in the≥60 age group.Conclusions Women≥55 years old from the 12th division of the corps are high-risk groups for HPV infection.HPV types 52 and 16 are the main subtypes of HPV infection.HPV screening for high-risk groups will provide basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
