多维度护理在降低产妇剖宫产率及提高产妇分娩自我效能感中的效果

Effect of multi-dimensional nursing in reducing cesarean section rate and improving self-efficacy of delivery in parturients

目的探讨多维度护理在降低产妇剖宫产率及提高产妇分娩自我效能感中的效果。方法选取寻乌县人民医院产科2018年2月~2019年2月诊治的60例产妇作为研究对象,按护理干预方式不同分为对照组、研究组,每组30例。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组采取多维度护理干预。比较两组产妇的剖宫产率、疼痛评分、母乳喂养成功率、分娩自我效能感评分。结果研究组产妇的剖宫产率为43.33%,低于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的母乳喂养成功率为76.67%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度护理在降低产妇剖宫产率、减轻疼痛、提高母乳喂养成功率、增强分娩自我效能感中均有正向性影响,推荐应用。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing in reducing cesarean section rate and improving self-efficacy of delivery in parturients.Methods All of 60 parturients treated and diagnosed in Department of Obstetrics of Xunwu People′s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as study objects.According to different nursing intervention methods,they were divided into the control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the research group was given multi-dimensional nursing intervention.The cesarean section rate,pain score,success rate of breast feeding and self-efficacy score of delivery were compared in parturients between the two groups.Results The rate of cesarean section in the study group was 43.33%,which was lower than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogae scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-efficacy score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding in the study group was 76.67%,which was higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional nursing has positive effects on reducing cesarean section rate,relieving pain,improving success rate of breast feeding and enhancing self-efficacy of delivery.It is recommended to apply multi-dimensional nursing.
