延续性护理在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous nursing in patients with breast cancer after operation

目的探讨延续性护理在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月~2018年9月在我院外科行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者30例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(15例)和对照组(15例)。对照组患者住院期间给予围术期常规护理及健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施电话随访及康复沙龙相结合的延续性护理服务。比较两组术后患肢功能锻炼的依从性、两组术后6个月患肢肩关节功能情况、两组术前术后不同时间的生活质量评分。结果观察组的身体锻炼、术后注意事项及主动寻求建议依从性评分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月的患肢肩关节功能情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3、6个月的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电话随访与康复沙龙相结合的延续性护理服务方式,可有效提升乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼的依从性和康复效果,有助于改善患者的生活质量,临床应用良好。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods Thirty patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy in department of surgery of our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected and they were divided into the observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases)using the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and health education during the hospitalization period,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing service based on telephone follow-up and rehabilitation salon.Compliance of functional exercise of affected limbs after operation,shoulder joint function of affected limbs 6 months after operation and quality of life score before operation and at different time after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical exercise,post-operative matters needing attention and initiative seeking advice compliance and total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The shoulder joint function of the affected limbs in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing service combined with telephone follow-up and rehabilitation salon can effectively improve the compliance and rehabilitation of postoperative affected limbs function exercise in patients with breast cancer,and help to improve the quality of life of patients with good clinical application.
