标准操作流程在急诊重症胸外伤护理路径中的应用效果

Application effect of the combination of standard operation procedure with clinical nursing pathway on severe chest trauma patients

目的了解急诊重症胸外伤护理路径结合标准操作流程(SOP)管理的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年12月~2018年12月我院急诊收治且符合纳入标准的94例重症胸外伤患者,随机分为标准操作流程组(SOP组)和对照组,每组各47例。SOP组实施急诊重症胸外伤护理路径的护理结合SOP进行管理,对照组则仅实施临床护理路径护理不进行SOP管理。记录并比较两组患者(家属)满意度、医生满意度、核心检查及转运总时间、死亡率。结果SOP组患者(家属)满意度评分、医生满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,核心检查及转运时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOP组死亡率降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针在急诊重症胸外伤护理路径中结合SOP流程管理,能够取得更好效果。

Objective To explore application the effect of the combination of standard operation procedure(SOP)with clinical nurse pathway on chest severe injured patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with severe thoracic trauma admitted to emergency department of our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018,wereselected.All of them were randomly divided into two groups,standard operation procedure group(SOP group)and control group,47 cases in each group.All patients were applied nursing pathway,but the patients in SOP group were also applied SOP,while the patients in the(control group)were not.The degree of parents′satisfaction and doctor′s satisfaction,the time collapsed in transferring patients(including the time of transferring the patient from emergency department to ward and the time of essential examinations such as CT),and the death ratio of patients were compared statistically.Results The score of parents′satisfaction and doctor′s satisfaction in the SOP group were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).While the time collapsed in transferring patients was less,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The death ratio of patients in the SOP group were less than that in the control group,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined with SOP in the application of clinical nurse pathway to chest severe injured patients in emergency department Can achieve better results.
