围术期护理干预在经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with percutaneous vertebroplasty

目的探讨围术期护理干预在经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院实施PVP治疗的72例OVCF患者,将其按照简单随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期干预护理,比较两组视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、平均椎体前缘高度及Cobb′s角指标。结果观察组VAS评分、平均椎体前缘高度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Cobb′s角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PVP治疗的OVCF患者实施围术期护理,患者平均椎体前缘高度、Cobb′s角改善效果佳,且VAS评分降低理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods Seventy-two patients with OVCF treated with PVP in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.According to the simple random method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group(perioperative nursing intervention),36 cases in each group.The control group wae given routine nursing care,the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.Visual analogue pain scores(VAS),mean vertebral heights,and Cobb′s angles were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score and the average vertebral body height of the observation group were difference statistically significant than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Cobb′s angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After perioperative nursing for patients with OVCF treated with PVP,the average vertebral body height and Cobb′s angle index improved,and the VAS score was lowering Ideals.
