摘要 基于Hypermesh软件建立某新能源汽车真空泵支架有限元模型,分别在纵梁两端加载X、Y和Z方向的振动激励,采用频率响应方法对其进行振动分析,分析结果表明其最大应力幅值超过其材料屈服,不符合设计要求。通过集成优化得到最优的支架厚度,优化之后其应力水平均低于材料许用应力,能够满足振动性能要求。 The new energy vehicles vacuum pump bracket finite element model was established by adopt Hypermesh software,the vibration excitation in X,Y and Z directions was applied at both ends of the longitudinal beam,it was vibration strength analyzed based on frequency response,the analysis result showed that its stress exceeds the material yield,it couldn’t meet design requirements.The optimal bracket thickness was obtained by integrated optimization,its stress was lower than the allowable stress after optimization,so it could meet vibration performance requirements.
