摘要
基于6自由度轴耦合道路模拟试验系统,介绍了道路模拟试验的基本原理和主要过程,对目标信号选取方法和迭代结果评价原则进行研究;通过频率、损伤以及雨流分析,对台架系统、车辆状态以及环境等方面影响因素进行探讨,明确控制带宽、增益设置、车辆配重及减震器温度等对道路模拟试验的影响。
Based on the 6-DOF spindle-coupled road simulation test system,this paper introduces the basic principle and main process of road simulation test,and studies the selection method of target signal and the evaluation principle of iteration results.Through frequency,damage and rainflow analysis,the test system,vehicle status and environment are studied.And also the influence factors such as frequency bandwidth,gain setting,vehicle weight and shock absorber temperature on road simulation test are analyzed.
