摘要
巴哈大赛起源与美国,2014年由汽车工程学会在中国职业院校进行推广。目前参赛队已达到上百所院校,包括大专和本科院校。大赛要求以学校组队,通过大约通过一年时间完成一辆赛车制作,发动机核心部件有百力通公司提供,其他所有零部件学生自行设计并加工。最终团队组装一辆单人驾驶的小型越野车进行比赛。因为赛车比赛的环境极其恶劣,比赛不确定因素很多,所以在设计赛车时,必须考虑到赛车的可靠性。通过大赛故障分析,比赛中车辆悬架系统和转向系统故障率最高。文章主要研究巴哈赛车悬架系统设计,为巴哈赛车设计提供指导。
The origin of the Baha Competition is in the United States.In 2014,it was promoted by the Automotive Engineering Society in Chinese vocational colleges.At present,the teams have reached hundreds of colleges,including colleges and undergraduate colleges.The competition required the school team to complete a racing car production in about one year.The core components of the engine were provided by Briggs,and all other components were designed and processed by the students themselves.The team eventually assembled a small,off-road vehicle that was driven by a single person.Because the environment of the racing game is extremely harsh,there are many uncertainties in the game,so the reliability of the car must be considered when designing the car.Through the failure analysis of the competition,the vehicle suspension system and steering system have the highest failure rate during the competition.This article focuses on the design of the Baja racing suspension system and provides guidance for the design of the Baja racing.
