摘要
由于铝合金具有密度比铸铁和铸钢小、强度相对高,在承受相同载荷条件下,采用铝合金可以减轻零部件的重量等优点,越来越多汽车底盘零部件在轻量化的设计要求中使用铝合金代替传统的铸铁或者铸钢。文章在这个背景下,对某车型前转向节进行重新设计,并将材料由铸钢替换成铸铝,运用Optistruct优化软件,对概念设计结构进行拓扑优化及结构改进设计,得到最终设计结构。
Because the density of aluminum alloy is smaller than cast iron and cast steel,the strength is relatively high,under the same load conditions,the use of aluminum alloy can reduce the weight of parts and other advantages,more and more automotive chassis parts in the lightweight design requirements of using aluminum alloy instead of traditional cast iron or cast steel.In this context,this paper redesigned the front steering joint of a certain car model,replaced cast steel with cast aluminum,and applied Optistruct optimization software to optimize the topology and improve the design of the conceptual design structure,so as to obtain the final design structure.
