In this paper,according to the consumption of adhesive tape used in the processing of wire harness products,the calculation formula of the amount of adhesive tape is deduced by theory,and verified by the actual tape winding,so as to add the actual processing correction coefficient to the theoretical formula and provide accurate theoretical support for technicians to make the rubber belt quota.
