浅谈汽车线束CAPP资源标准化管理系统

Talking about the Standard Management System of Automobile Wire Harness CAPP Resources

线束企业在利用CAPP工艺管理系统实施产品虚拟设计过程中,出现了企业内部CAPP系统资源管理混乱、产品零部件重复或缺失、工艺设计效率低下与产品专业性能差等问题。为了解决上述问题,文章首先分析企业物料的组成,在此基础上对企业CAPP资源概念进行了界定,同时制定了一套对企业CAPP后台资源标准化管理的原则。结合企业CAPP资源标准化管理业务,文章构建一种企业CAPP资源标准化系统,并对系统的体系结构和功能结构进行了研究。

In the process of implementing product virtual design by using CAPP process management system of the wire harness enterprise,problems such as chaotic resource management of internal CAPP system,repeated or missing product parts,low efficiency of process design and poor professional performance of products have emerged.In order to solve the above problems,this paper firstly analyzes the composition of materials,and on this basis,defines the concept of enterprise CAPP resources,and formulates a set of standardized management principles for enterprise CAPP background resources.Combining CAPP resource standardization management business,this paper constructs an enterprise CAPP resource standardization system,and studies the system architecture and functional structure.
