浅谈汽车电线束检测台模块制作流程规范

使用汽车线束检测台来检测线束总成的通路、断路、短路、错位等不良现象十分可靠,但上百种车型有几千种线束产品,目前本公司已有6000余种检测台模块,新车型及更新车型的不断出现,新的线束产品也随之而来,导致检测台模块的需求量急剧上升,模块越来越多,企业运行成本也随之上升。为了解决上述问题,规范检测台模块的制作流程成了必要性工作。文章首先从线束检测台以及模块的界定,对模块的设计开发原则、制作流程、职责进行规范,构建线束检测台模块标准化制作规范。

It is very reliable to use automobile wire harness testing platform to detect the bad phenomena of wiring harness assembly,such as access,break,short circuit and dislocation,but there are thousands of wiring harness products in hundreds of models.At present,the company has more than 6000 kinds of testing platform modules.With the constant emergence of new models and updated models,new wiring harness products also follow,leading to a sharp increase in the demand for detection platform modules,a growing number of modules,led to the enterprise operating costs also rose.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to standardize the production process of testing platform module.This paper first defines the wiring harness detection platform and module,then standardizes the design and development principles,production process and responsibilities of the module,construct the standardization specification of wire harness testing platform module.
