汽车零部件生产企业随着主机厂需求的变化安排生产,尤其是现在个性化需求越来越多的情况下造成零部件生产安排越来越困难,主要的表现为图纸和工艺不能在第一时间指导生产现场的加工,顾客图纸更改信息的发布也较为滞后。文章旨在探讨用无纸化的电子文件替代传统的纸质技术文件的传递,利用现代信息技术快速有效的将图纸和工艺文件等第一时间传送到加工现场,方便操作者使用,减少不必要的浪费。

Auto parts production enterprises with the change of the makers need to arrange production,especially there are more and more personalized demand of parts under the condition of production to arrange more and more difficult,main performance for the drawings and process can not at the scene of the first direct production processing,customer drawings change information release is relatively lagging behind.This paper aims to discuss the replacement of traditional paper technical documents with paperless electronic documents,and use modern information technology to quickly and effectively transfer drawings and process documents to the processing site in the first time,so as to facilitate operators to use and reduce unnecessary waste.
